Jim Bricker
Senior Pastor
As the Senior Pastor of VCC, Jim provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. Following a vision God gave him for a church where anyone can belong, he, his wife Kristy, and a handful of people launched VCC in 1993. Jim can often be found in his garage working on motorcycles. And is also know to have a soft spot in his heart for Roscoe’s Tacos!
Clay Orander
Spiritual Growth Pastor
Clay is responsible for the team and cultural development at VCC and helps shape the overall direction of spiritual growth of the church, including: LifeGroups, classes, prayer, and our Growth Track! Clay loves his wife Bailey and is a new dad! He loves to make music, play basketball and enjoy life with his friends and family.
Elisha Hale
Outreach Pastor
Elisha helps to organize practical ways that we can love the community and world around us. He helps to change the way we think by empowering us to step out of our comfort zones and love people the way Jesus would. Elisha is known for his love of his wife, Katrine, his cats, Zazu and Luna, his dog Naboo. He enjoys thrift shopping, crazy foods, and making music.
